We are often asked by our clients whether or not they can and/or should tip the cleaning crew that works on their property. The simple answer is this, we highly encourage our clients to tip the cleaners working on their home.

 

Cleaning is part of the "service industry" and tipping is encouraged. Our cleaners work VERY hard for each and every one of our clients. Many of our cleaners depend on their tips that are left for them as it is a little extra income in their pockets. Many of our employees are single parents and we also have a wonderful grandmother that has been with us for quite some time that is raising her 3 grandchildren on her own with no financial support.

 

Without sugar coating things, the reality is that tips really motivate people to want to go "above and beyond" for you! What we do is not easy work. It is very hard and physically challenging. We are not a "dust and go" company by any means. We really get in and get things done the right way.

Please note that tips are divided equally between the cleaners working on your home/property. The owner of "Queen Of Clean" does not take a portion of the tips, unless the owner is the sole individual completing the clean.

So in short, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ALWAYS TIP YOUR CLEANERS!
